You can't edit picture on blogger. You have to edit them before most likely on the program that downloads your pics to your computer.
We use Picasa - which is a free program you can download from Google.com. It makes it VERY easy to edit pictures and you can blog straight from there. If you have any problems just e-mail me and we'll get your Uncle Jeffrey to help :)
